Data Deletion

1. Email sales@afyadirect.comwith the subject “Data deletion request”, or send the same request to our WhatsApp number +254 700 356 356.
2. Include your name and the phone number or email you used with us, so we can find your records.
3. We may ask you to confirm the request from that phone number or email.

We confirm receipt within 2 working days and complete the deletion within 14 days. We delete your account, contact details, enquiries and chat history from our website, business system and WhatsApp inbox, and we confirm by email or WhatsApp when it is done.

Invoices, receipts and payment records must be kept for tax purposes under Kenyan law. We keep only what the law requires, restrict access to it, and delete it when the retention period ends. See our Privacy Policy for details.
